Pictures from Inside Stonegate

Stonegate is a home with a history.  Having been in the family for over 100 years, the home is full of antiques and collectibles.  One of the owners, Jim Stein has lived in the home since he was born and is a fabulous story teller and historian.  Many nights have been spent listening to Jim's stories in front of this firplace.

A table fit for a King!  As with the rest of the home, the kitchen and dining area are tastefully decorated.  As you sit at the table, you can admire some of Jim's beautiful photography or gaze out at the horses playing in the pasture. Let's not forget the food!  Beth is a fabulous cook with great tastes.  Don't forget to ask her for some of her homemade brownies...they are to die for!

There are three bathrooms in the house; two shared and one en suite.  Having recently been renovated, the rooms are modern and beautifully decorated.  There is even a whirlpool style bathtub in one of the bathrooms.

Ever the collectors, Beth and Jim have created a beautiful home full of unique treasures.  The interesting room to the right is called the "Bird Room" as it is full of handmade shorebirds...one of Jim's passions.  This room has a gorgeous view of the back yard where you can watch the horses run in the pasture and the dogs relax on the wrap around porch.
